About the position

The Chief of Staff - Federal Civilian will lead business management and operations within the Federal organization, focusing on accelerating revenue, market share, and strategic business outcomes. This role involves fostering collaborative partnerships, driving business processes, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. The Chief of Staff will report directly to the Civilian Business Unit Leader and work closely with senior leaders to enhance business execution and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive predictable consumption, sales, and usage processes and forecasting.
• Monitor Consulting & Support Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure alignment with delivery standards.
• Ensure pre and post-sale quality aligns with standards and expectations.
• Partner with Federal Transformation Lead to implement change management initiatives.
• Manage and facilitate the rhythm of business for the Leadership Team, including regular meetings and reviews.
• Drive strategic initiatives or cross-group projects to meet changing business environments.
• Lead budget planning and forecasting processes, managing reports on OPEX and COGS budgets.
• Oversee communication functions to drive impactful internal and external messaging.
• Partner with leadership and HR to promote a positive workplace culture and diversity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or a business-related role.
• 4+ years of experience in people management and/or leading virtual teams.

Nice-to-haves

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, planning, and program management in a large-scale, matrixed enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience within and/or supporting the Federal Civilian landscape.
• Experience working in a customer-facing sales organization.
