About the position

Agoras Health is seeking a Chief of Staff Intern to support the executive team in daily operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in supporting senior management in decision-making and operational excellence within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and passionate about healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer and executive team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across departments.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions to drive progress on key initiatives.
  • Help monitor and track progress on strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proactive and adaptable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to the transformation of healthcare staffing solutions.

  • Knowledge or interest in healthcare technology solutions and/or recruitment processes is encouraged.
