The Chief of Staff for Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing strategic planning, process optimization, and execution of marketing initiatives within a high-growth technology company. This position requires a blend of hands-on experience and leadership skills to facilitate executive decisions and drive multiple projects to success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
• M.B.A. or related advanced degree is a plus
• Hands-on experience in planning & process, strategic and/or financial planning, organizational change, communications & strategy execution
• Fluency with the Marketing function at a high-growth technology company preferred
• Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success
