About the position

As Chief of Staff to the CPO/COO, you will work directly with them and their staff to drive day-to-day operations, discover new growth opportunities, and shape the future of Maven's product, and business strategy. You will leverage strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to enhance decision-making and transform ideas into action. Working cross-functionally with leadership teams, you will identify new initiatives, validate opportunity size, and drive execution from 0 to 1. This role has the opportunity to transition into a Product Management role in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market research to shape strategic recommendations on de novo Product and business opportunities.
  • Partner with Product and Operations to rapidly deliver on consumer partnerships that enable Maven to extend its reach and leverage its brand.
  • Work directly with the COO/CPO and staff to drive operational excellence and accountability across the Product and Operations teams.
  • Be an extension of your executive and provide leverage in cross-functional work streams that intersect with the Growth, Clinical, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience at top tier consulting, investment banking or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving paired with world class modeling skills.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a Product Manager; this role could lead into a long-term position on the Product team at Maven.
