About the position

The Chief of Staff for Provider Data Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding the business unit's strategic planning and customer insight initiatives. This position partners with executive leadership to define and implement strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring that tactical plans are effectively executed. The role involves building relationships to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges and overseeing the implementation and monitoring of planning and project activities within the provider data solutions organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of the business and partner with executive leadership to define strategy and success criteria for the future.
• Translate strategy into defined tactics, program/project priorities, and timelines.
• Ensure alignment and attainment of enterprise strategic plans to turn strategy into reality.
• Document strategic priorities and report on customer insight research initiatives.
• Build and leverage relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
• Propose opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor line of business planning and project activities.
• Partner with the leadership team regarding associate engagement and development.
• Support managing the budget and organizational structure for the provider data solutions organization.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience.
• 3 to 5 years of strategic planning experience.
• Any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
