About the position

Pendo is seeking a strategic and proactive Chief of Staff to support the CEO, playing a vital role in facilitating organizational alignment, driving high-impact initiatives, and enabling efficient decision-making across the executive team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing balanced insights and fostering strong relationships within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate decisions on annual thematic goals and quarterly OKRs, updating the CTeam on progress and blockers.
  • Proactively suggest strategies, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions to help the CEO and executive team stay ahead of needs.
  • Curate and communicate key information between the CEO and organizational leaders to support decentralized decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for the CTeam on emerging issues and key meetings, providing thoughtful assessments and recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality materials for internal and external presentations, including board, investor, and executive meetings.
  • Facilitate CTeam and executive meetings and offsites, aligning on high leverage areas of the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic, cross-functional business role, ideally within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, particularly in high-stakes, executive settings.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to independently assess situations and provide clear, unbiased insights.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguous situations, making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with business metrics and a demonstrated understanding of at least one area of operational metrics.
