About the position

The Chief of Staff at Leaderpromos is a pivotal role that supports the President/CRO and the sales leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing communication across the organization. This position involves both directed work and self-directed leadership, focusing on collaboration, strategy execution, and managing special projects to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the President/CRO and Sales Leadership Team to identify and prioritize areas to accelerate growth.
  • Lead and/or project manage key initiatives and strategic projects across the organization.
  • Drive annual and quarterly strategic and fiscal planning processes in collaboration with partners across the sales organization.
  • Gather data and facilitate sales leadership recurring meetings, QBRs, and other strategic meetings.
  • Serve as a delegate to the President/CRO in reviewing account plans and developing high-quality briefing documents.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer and partner interactions.
  • Lead key priorities and projects across the sales team.
  • Act as a sounding board to the President/CRO and Sales Leadership team for new ideas and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on goal-setting and tracking, interfacing, and consulting with cross-functional groups.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives, senior leaders, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Partner with talent acquisition and finance teams to support planning, metrics, reporting, and decisions.
  • Effectively triage escalations, including root-cause analyses and fast information sharing.
  • Assist in the preparation of external meeting materials.
  • Run and manage sales and internal partner meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Compile and provide feedback on briefing materials for key customers, including company and industry research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a sales-related degree.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 2-4 years leading and/or project management of key initiatives and strategic projects across the organization.
  • 2-4 years working in a fast-paced, client-facing position, ideally with sales, advertising, or finance.
  • Proven success in analytics and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver on a high volume of projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Upbeat, energetic personality with a desire to learn.
