In this leadership position, the CTO will maintain accountability with the development staff regarding objectives and goals, utilizing project management tools such as Trello to track progress. The role also includes managing technology outsourcing relationships and providing leadership to department heads to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Furthermore, the CTO will oversee the maintenance of the internal network infrastructure, ensuring that it is secure, efficient, and capable of supporting the company's operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in software technology development.
• 6 years as a systems administrator maintaining infrastructure and security.
• 6 years leading product development.
• 6 years as a product designer.
• 5 years working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 1 year of experience in Cloud services, building SAAS platforms, and using PHP and LAMP/LEMP stack (experience can be gained concurrently).
• Knowledge of Laravel framework, Blade template engine, and JQuery.
• Experience with integrations with Stripe and integrating external services via APIs.
