Our platform combines cutting-edge machine learning, natural language processing, and automated analytics to transform complex data into intuitive, decision-ready insights. We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive our technology strategy, scale our platform, and lead our engineering team in building world-class AI-driven analytics solutions. As the CTO, you will be responsible for defining and executing our technology roadmap, ensuring that our AI and data analytics capabilities remain at the forefront of innovation. You will work closely with the executive team to align technology with business goals, foster a culture of technical excellence, and lead a team of engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing our platform's scalability, security, and performance while driving continuous advancements in AI-powered analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends in data analytics and generative AI.
• Lead the development of scalable, high-performance AI-driven analytics solutions that empower users with real-time insights.
• Drive advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and other AI techniques to enhance data interpretation, automation, and user interaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a world-class engineering and data science team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee the design and optimization of cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement best practices for data management, governance, and compliance, ensuring ethical and responsible AI usage.
• Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of technology into business strategy.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, data analytics, and cloud computing to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, NLP, data science, and cloud computing technologies.
• Experience in designing and managing scalable, cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, or similar) and data technologies (SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Ability to balance innovation with execution, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Startup experience or a strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
