The CHRT communications team manages internal communication for the center, such as managing CHRT's website and newsletter and ensuring research is disseminated to appropriate stakeholders. In addition, the team is responsible for numerous grant-funded communications projects with public and private partners. These projects often aim to educate community members about health resources available to them. The Communications Program Manager will be responsible, under general supervision, for management and completion of project deliverables on a variety of topics. Projects include educational presentations, email campaigns, social media campaigns, one pager development, impact reports, flyers, and more. The ideal candidate will have a background in public health and communication and understand trends related to topics such as health equity, behavioral health, community care hubs, and maternal health. The candidate is expected to develop foundational knowledge of project-specific topics, seek guidance from senior team members, and actively learn the principles of project management.
