Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix infrastructure components, including XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, and NetScaler.
• Implement and manage user profile solutions for consistent user experiences across sessions and devices.
• Configure and manage the delivery of virtualized applications and desktops to end-users through Citrix technologies.
• Monitor and optimize Citrix infrastructure for performance, scalability, and availability.
• Implement and manage security policies and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Keep Citrix components up-to-date by applying patches and updates while minimizing downtime.
• Develop scripts and automate routine administrative tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Work under supervision.
