About the position
As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for operating a commercial vehicle on designated routes from Texas to select markets in the Midwest. This position requires you to be on the road for 5 to 7 days at a time, with a reliable home time of 48 hours. The expected average miles for this lane will be around 2,500 miles per week, allowing for consistent earnings and minimal downtime. You will be driving International LTs that are 3 years old or newer, equipped with a 71-inch sleeper bunk designed for over-the-road comfort. This role emphasizes safety and efficiency, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance, including a safety bonus and monthly fuel incentive bonuses. The job entails handling all dry van freight, which involves drop and hook operations, meaning you will not be required to touch the freight. Paid orientation will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities. Additionally, the company offers a rider program and welcomes pets, making it a family-friendly environment. After 60 days of employment, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Responsibilities

- Ensure safety and compliance with all transportation regulations.
- Handle all dry van freight with drop and hook operations, without touching the freight.
- Participate in paid orientation and training programs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance and safety.
- Track and report mileage and fuel consumption for performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL license.
- Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer experience required.
- Ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
