Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a full-time Strategic Accounts Manager (SAM) with a focus on cleaning protocols in healthcare settings. This remote role requires 50% national travel, and candidates must reside near an airport. The SAM will work closely with the Director of Strategic Accounts to ensure the success of strategic accounts, which involves building and maintaining professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy creating policies and standards that enhance operational efficiency. The Healthcare SAM will be responsible for meeting assigned sales quotas and profitability expectations for their accounts, either independently or in collaboration with the Sales team. They will engage with various departments, including field operations, customer service, finance, and accounting, to deliver exceptional service and drive growth. A critical aspect of the role includes conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with each assigned customer to assess their needs and performance data continuously. The SAM will lead solution development efforts to address customer needs effectively while ensuring that all necessary company personnel are involved in the process. Additionally, the SAM will provide strategic guidance in planning and executing environmental services operations, ensuring high cleanliness and infection control standards. They will implement and monitor quality control programs to adhere to cleaning standards and develop protocols and procedures for environmental services in compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices. This role is pivotal in maintaining KBS's commitment to delivering clean and healthy operations in healthcare environments.
