Cleared Devops Engineer

About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer who will play a crucial role within a cross-functional team responsible for enabling a seamless developer experience. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, and 5+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree. Agile experience is preferred. You must obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable period of time. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure and tools to streamline operations, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, orchestration, and maintenance of containerized environments.
• Maintain the DevSecOps pipeline and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration of new features.
• Develop and maintain cyber secure infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Prometheus, Grafana, Nexus, and Helm.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and best practices.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment that embraces rapid change and continuous learning.
• Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies creatively.
• Collaborative team player with a commitment to technical leadership.

• Experience with CNCF graduated projects like ArgoCD.
