About the position

As a Client Service Specialist at McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will be part of the McGriff Property & Casualty Service Center team. Your role will involve partnering with both the Sales Center and Remarketing areas to ensure quality service is delivered at a support level. You will need to remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage the expectations of both internal and external clients. Building and maintaining rapport with clients and company underwriters, as well as developing and growing existing accounts, will be key aspects of your job. You will work collegially as a supportive member of the production team, ensuring open, effective communication and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Center and Remarketing areas to ensure quality service delivery.
• Remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage client expectations.
• Maintain rapport with clients and company underwriters.
• Develop and grow existing accounts.
• Work collegially as a supportive member of the production team.
• Ensure open and effective communication with timely follow-up.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor.
• Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong team player work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products.

Nice-to-haves
