About the position

CoreLogic is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team in the Real Estate Sector, focusing on supporting third-party products such as Trestle, MLS Pin, and Direct to Agent Products. The role involves enhancing product offerings and delivering exceptional service to clients, requiring a deep understanding of real estate technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Trestle, MLS Pin, and Direct to Agent Products, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of each product's features and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients utilizing our third-party products, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients and internal teams to maximize product adoption and usage.
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to align on product enhancements, marketing strategies, and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring our offerings meet market needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and product performance metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the real estate sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and client needs.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the organization.
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Familiarity with real estate technologies and CRM systems, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
