About the position

The Client Portfolio Sales Consultant at Rusnak Auto Group is responsible for managing client portfolios and providing dedicated sales representation to current and former clients and their referrals. This role focuses on selling new and pre-owned vehicles, achieving sales goals, and enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Builds, manages, and develops the sales portfolio by providing an enhanced, personalized customer experience.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales objectives and manages client portfolios effectively.
  • Implements strategies to strengthen client relationships and achieve increased client satisfaction.
  • Develops, implements, monitors, and adjusts sales goals with sales management to achieve personal and company sales objectives.
  • Proactively works with sales management to develop action plans to correct performance and meet sales goals.
  • Sells, leases, and delivers a pre-agreed upon minimum amount of vehicles.
  • Assists clients in selecting vehicles by understanding their needs and matching them with appropriate options.
  • Ensures all closed deals are forwarded to the Finance and Insurance Manager with properly completed paperwork.
  • Delivers vehicles to clients and ensures they understand the vehicle's features and warranty.
  • Follows up on all post-delivery items to ensure continued client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Sales Consultant position or similar roles in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin/Cantonese being an asset.
  • Current California Driver License with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Current California Sales License.
