About the position

The Client Manager role at Aflac involves managing complex broker cases and ensuring the health of assigned accounts. Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive implementation and relationships for complex broker cases.
  • Monitor account health and identify risks and barriers.
  • Develop and maintain written records regarding administrative support of accounts.
  • Gather enrollment requirements from career associates, brokers, and clients.
  • Analyze problems and develop solutions to ensure service effectiveness.
  • Provide dedicated support for assigned accounts with timely reporting and enrollment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain account profiles and coordinate ongoing administrative services.
  • Analyze and execute change requests during the implementation phase.
  • Partner with integration teams to coordinate technology implementation for data exchange.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and proactively identify new service requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5 - 6 years of job-related experience.
  • 2 years experience as a Client Manager or Account Relations Manager, or equivalent external experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Two years insurance, healthcare, and/or financial industry experience.
  • Experience in client services, sales support, or processing group enrollments.
