About the position

The Client Service Associate in Commercial Lines Insurance is responsible for managing assigned client accounts, ensuring comprehensive service from daily operations to billing, claims assistance, and policy renewals. This role requires effective communication with clients and producers, as well as proficiency in the Agency Management System.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Commercial Lines Account Manager in managing client accounts.
• Handle daily servicing of accounts, including billing and invoicing.
• Issue certificates and ID cards for clients.
• Assist clients with claims processing and inquiries.
• Manage new business and renewals, including applications and marketing of policies.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
• Order and bind coverage with insurance carriers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Agency Management Systems.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and producers.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under supervision.
