About the position

The Client Service Manager at Gallagher Benefit Services is responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the effective delivery of employee benefits. This role involves direct interaction with employer groups' human resources and administrative teams, focusing on account management, retention goals, and the expansion of client relationships. The position requires a blend of client coordination, claims management, and the ability to drive sales of additional services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account management for routine and moderately complex client accounts.
• Work directly with employer groups' human resources and admin teams to manage all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and voluntary worksite benefits.
• Achieve retention goals for assigned group of accounts.
• Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients.
• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels on employee benefits.
• Coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service as needed.
• Provide support to an Account Executive and/or a Broker Producer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR a High School degree with 8 or more years of client coordination and/or claims management experience.
• License required.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
