About the position

The Client Success Manager, Automotive position is a pivotal role that serves as the primary campaign execution lead for our clients, focusing on delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions tailored to their business needs. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to maximize clients' return on investment through effective campaign management. The individual in this role will be responsible for understanding client objectives and developing appropriate strategies and implementation plans for digital marketing programs. The Client Success Manager will oversee the ongoing management of marketing plans and ensure accountability for post-sale campaign execution, collaborating closely with backend support resources and ad operations teams to meet client objectives. Key performance indicators for this role include client satisfaction, revenue generation, and account retention. In this role, the Client Success Manager will leverage their strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions, including SEM, Social, Display, Email, and SEO, to manage day-to-day campaign performance and optimization. They will assess campaign trends, interpret analytics, and develop comprehensive reporting to facilitate discussions on advertising performance with clients. The position also involves identifying innovative advertising techniques to enhance clients' marketing efforts. The Client Success Manager will fulfill all digital advertising product orders for assigned accounts and will be hands-on in managing and optimizing PPC search campaigns through proprietary platforms and search publishers. Proactive monitoring and optimization of all campaigns will be essential, along with direct communication with product delivery teams to ensure success. Additionally, the Client Success Manager will lead the creative development process in collaboration with client success, sales, and design teams to ensure that messaging aligns with client marketing objectives. They will drive campaign ROI and suggest new solutions to assist the sales team in growing accounts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external vendors will be crucial to ensure that deliverables meet specifications, deadlines, and standards. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving performance issues using best practices and support resources, managing client expectations, and communicating performance metrics effectively. The Client Success Manager will develop account-specific value stories by leveraging insights across all platforms into cohesive campaign performance reports, ultimately driving client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfillment of all digital advertising product orders for assigned accounts
  • Hands-on management and optimization of PPC search campaigns through proprietary platform and search publishers
  • Proactive monitoring and optimization of all campaigns with direct communication with product delivery teams
  • Lead creative development process in collaboration with client success, sales, and design teams to ensure messaging achieves client marketing objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations
  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns, especially Google Ads
  • 2+ years of client service/account management experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions, including SEM, Social, Display, Email, and SEO
  • Ability to effectively manage day-to-day campaign performance and optimization
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to assess and improve marketing campaigns over their lifecycle
  • Ability to effectively present findings to clients to drive satisfaction and revenue retention
  • Excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
