As a Client Success Manager at Get Well, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient-centered care at two designated Veterans Administration Medical Facility locations in Decatur and Carrollton, Georgia. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about outcomes improvement and dedicated to ensuring that the Get Well system is utilized effectively to support hospital staff and improve patient experiences. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and other key client contacts, serving as a primary point of contact in our account model. Your expertise will guide hospital staff on how to leverage the Get Well system to drive patient-centered care practices, ultimately leading to improved outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hospital staff and internal teams to align on the interactive patient care blueprint for success. Your efforts will focus on driving nurse engagement, increasing system utilization, and leading projects that enhance functionality to achieve desired outcomes. You will actively solicit feedback from both staff and patients, communicating results to relevant stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you will assist in developing and executing strategic plans aimed at achieving clinical outcomes, advising clients on the effectiveness of our interactive patient care tools. Your responsibilities will also include supporting key executive meetings to review strategic plans, delivering a robust client training program, and monitoring client satisfaction and quality goals through regular project status meetings. You will drive utilization of the Get Well system by conducting quarterly account review meetings, training nursing staff, and participating in hospital committees to promote interactive patient care. As a project manager, you will oversee development requests, ensure prompt resolution of operational issues, and manage action plans for implementing features that align with strategic objectives. Your role is crucial in creating and maintaining hospital-specific content, ensuring that the Get Well program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each facility.
