The Client Success Manager II plays a crucial role in this transformation by serving as the primary point of contact for Data & Marketing clients. Reporting to the Vice President of Client Success, the Client Success Manager II will engage in both technical and consultative roles, diving into systems to improve campaign performance and consulting with clients on their business strategies. In this role, the Client Success Manager II will manage and grow a roster of clients, utilizing a consultative approach to extract client business objectives and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is essential to accomplish objectives, and the candidate will need to demonstrate proven task management skills to onboard new clients rapidly. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement to deliver a superior client experience is a key responsibility, as is articulating the value of data-driven digital media strategies. The candidate will also be responsible for training client users on core and enhanced product features and conveying customer product requests to internal teams. The position requires a self-starter with a sense of urgency balanced by attention to detail, who is comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment. The Client Success Manager II will also need to be willing to travel domestically up to 25% as needed, ensuring that they can meet clients face-to-face when necessary.
