About the position

The Client Success Manager Imaging, CDS will serve as a crucial link between customer sites, IT teams, AI vendors, and clinical stakeholders, focusing on the implementation of AI solutions in healthcare settings. This role is essential for ensuring the effective collection and utilization of data during AI pilot programs, ultimately aiming for future insurance reimbursement. The position allows for remote work flexibility across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert supporting proposals and specifying client needs.
• Work hands-on with health systems clients to ramp up new processes for the program.
• Collaborate with executives and program managers at large health systems, imaging centers, or hospitals.
• Build consensus among various stakeholders involved in the project.
• Drive different teams and timelines, both internal and external to the business unit.
• Engage in dynamic problem solving and innovative thinking during implementation or pilot challenges.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Client Success Manager experience at a PACs, AI, or Radiology Imaging Vendor.
• Broad familiarity with Hospital IT, including understanding EHR and interoperability challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Proven understanding of radiologist workflow in a hospital or imaging center.
• Experience in customer-facing presentations and information discovery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of relevant experience with healthcare AI and knowledge of Health IT standards.
• Experience as a Radiology Technologist or PACs Admin.
• Understanding of imaging workflow with AI solutions.
• Expertise with medical imaging IT solutions, vendors, and customers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills in a multicultural environment.
• Advanced problem solving and critical reasoning skills.
• Solid internal negotiating skills and ability to make timely decisions.
• High personal energy and ability to energize others.
• Understanding of insurance reimbursement for AI (NTAP, CPT III codes).
