About the position

The Client Success Manager role at Gartner is pivotal in ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investments in Gartner services. This position is part of a dedicated Client Success team that adheres to a 'Client for Life' philosophy, emphasizing long-term relationships and ongoing support. The primary objective is to understand clients' business priorities, address their challenges, and facilitate their decision-making processes effectively. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients, demonstrating the value of Gartner's offerings, and fostering engagement with the products utilized by large client teams. In this role, you will build and manage relationships with a diverse range of clients, from senior executives to junior professionals across various business functions. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will introduce Gartner's services to new clients, clearly communicating the value proposition to decision-makers. Regular client calls will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will assess client priorities and recommend actionable strategies that enhance the return on investment from their Gartner membership. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to overcome challenges and maximize the value delivered to clients. You will conduct regular reviews of your client portfolio, analyzing performance metrics and engagement levels to ensure that clients are receiving the support they need to succeed. This role requires a proactive approach to client management and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professions across various business functions.
  • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
  • Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return of investment on their Gartner membership.
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client book of business looking into performance and key client engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience.
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Commutable distance from our offices in Ft Myers, FL or Irving, TX.
  • Ability to have strategic conversations with top-level executives for Gartner Top-25 accounts.
  • Guided Territory, ITL experience is a plus.
