About the position

The Client Success Manager IV (CSM IV) position at Profit Recovery Partners is designed for individuals who are passionate about the consulting industry and are committed to enhancing client relationships and driving savings projects. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the work product related to the ongoing enhancement of implemented savings projects, identifying client growth opportunities, and ensuring client retention. You will engage directly with clients, presenting savings results and improvements while building trusting relationships alongside your manager. Your responsibilities will include executing savings confirmations and enhancements across all expense areas within your team's book of business. You will also assist your manager in identifying and presenting opportunities to expand the client's scope of work into new expense areas. As a CSM IV, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. You will work collaboratively with your team while also being a self-starter who can work autonomously. Your proactive and solutions-oriented mindset will be essential as you think outside the box to address client needs. You will take ownership of all aspects of client engagement, from issue resolution to leading business reviews, ensuring that you are curious, self-motivated, and results-driven. Your role will involve working closely with clients to grow relationships and maximize their savings, meeting team revenue targets within projected timeframes, and championing process enhancement efforts. You will consult with clients to leverage PRP's expertise in optimizing their business and reducing general and administrative expenses. Presenting opportunities to grow your book of business to assigned stakeholders will require you to tailor your message to resonate with all levels of management, from mid-level executives to the C-Suite. You will also be responsible for identifying and interpreting trends in complex data sets, providing meaningful recommendations to clients, and leading client meetings to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to grow relationships and maximize client savings.
  • Responsible for meeting team revenue targets within projected timeframes including internal stakeholder management.
  • Champion process enhancement efforts and serve as a culture leader when change occurs.
  • Responsible for expanding scope into new expense areas.
  • Consult with clients to leverage PRP expertise in order to optimize their business and reduce G&A expenses.
  • Present opportunities to grow your book of business to assigned stakeholders, tailoring your message to speak to all levels, from mid-level management up to the C-Suite.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure client projects are successful.
  • Support and grow a portfolio of accounts with the goal of meeting or exceeding assigned revenue goals.
  • Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, identifying patterns and relationships across multiple industries to develop meaningful recommendations for clients.
  • Problem solve proactive diagnosis and resolution of issues.
  • Identify, track, manage, and resolve client issues.
  • Lead an established cadence of client meetings in-person and on the telephone; handle all aspects of preparation for client meetings.
  • Influence people and build strong relationships with client stakeholders & co-workers; demonstrate the value of PRP via your ability to maximize client savings.
  • Work cross-functionally with Practice Groups to ensure ongoing savings analysis calculations amid vendor negotiations are handled.
  • Lead projects and various team members to meet or exceed client objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in consulting or client-facing related field
  • Experience presenting and interacting with senior level executives
  • A proven track record of client management, including value creation; identification of opportunities that would benefit the client; planning and execution.
  • A proven data wrangler; extensive proficiency with numbers and experience in analyzing large amounts of data, along with an ability to consolidate and translate that data into actionable insight.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain effective relationships
  • Excellent skills with MS Office Suite.
