The Client Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for a roster of small business clients, ensuring that their projects are executed successfully and that they maintain a positive relationship with the agency. In this role, the Client Success Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from defining project solutions to managing timelines and budgets. This includes collaborating with Independent Contractors and internal teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The position requires a proactive approach to client communication, with regular updates and prompt responses to any concerns. The Client Success Manager will also be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and processes that align with the goals of both Kinetic and its clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills while also being a team player. They will be expected to contribute to the culture of Kinetic and Greenhouse by fostering collaboration and support among colleagues. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the operational activities of Kinetic Greenhouse.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to optimize departmental operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing client concerns promptly.
  • Define project solutions and manage client projects from start to finish.
  • Handle internal tasks and projects as required to support departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with the Small Business Director and other Client Success Managers in brainstorming sessions.
  • Generate innovative ideas and develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Embrace learning new skills and adapt to changes as the company grows.

Requirements

  • One to two years of agency experience in marketing or project management is required.
  • One year of digital marketing experience is required.
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
