About the position

As a Client Success Manager in Reward Data Intelligence at WTW, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and success. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to secure global data agreement renewals by implementing a thoughtful communication strategy that maximizes renewals and addresses any potential risks early on. You will be expected to exceed client expectations by providing responsive and effective support, transforming every client interaction into a delightful experience. In addition to managing renewals, you will proactively identify expansion opportunities within your assigned accounts. This includes upselling our solutions and cross-selling into adjacent practices. A critical aspect of your role will be managing the global participation process, which is essential for enhancing the client experience and developing our market-leading compensation databases. You will also provide guidance to clients on job matching, data submission, and data queries, ensuring they derive maximum value from our Data Intelligence offerings. Training and enablement will be another key component of your responsibilities. You will conduct targeted training sessions and demos for clients and consultants, helping them navigate our client-facing online tools effectively. Your success will be measured by key metrics such as renewal retention rates, upselling of related products and services, and client data participation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a Client Success Role in a products, data or digital product environment.
  • Conceptual understanding of Total Rewards and/or compensation management processes.
  • Proven track record of maintaining and growing business relationships.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand client issues and provide solutions.
  • Client-focused with strong relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a team environment.
  • Commercial growth mindset.
