About the position

The Client Success Manager (CSM) at Interlaced is responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships to ensure contract retention and client satisfaction. This hybrid role involves guiding clients through onboarding and lifecycle processes, acting as a trusted advisor for their IT solutions, and addressing any escalated issues. The CSM will work closely with clients to understand their technology goals and provide timely feedback and suggestions for improvements, ultimately driving long-term contract stability and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and attend client recurring meetings, including QBRs and roadmap reviews
  • Identify and propose Interlaced services/products to support client IT solutions
  • Be a trusted client advisor with knowledge of client tech stacks
  • Ensure high client retention and satisfaction
  • Manage client communications and escalate issues internally
  • Proactively resolve service or delivery concerns
  • Monitor billing and user counts for discrepancies
  • Act as client advocate and guide internal teams on client needs
  • Handle contract negotiations and renewals

Requirements
