About the position

LocaliQ is seeking a Client Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to our clients' needs. This position is designed for an individual who can formulate effective strategies and implementation plans while managing the ongoing digital marketing efforts for our clients. The Client Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to leverage both current and emerging marketing solutions to achieve their business objectives. In this role, the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of existing and emerging business marketing solutions. They will collaborate closely with our sales consultants to identify opportunities and deliver marketing solutions that align with our clients' business needs, ultimately maximizing their return on investment in advertising expenses. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day campaign performance, analyzing digital campaign trends, facilitating discussions on advertising performance with clients, and identifying innovative advertising techniques to enhance our clients' digital marketing strategies. The position requires building rapport with client representatives and marketing teams through regular interactions. The Client Success Manager will develop and advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations, assessing feasibility, and identifying marketing and advertising opportunities. They will monitor and evaluate campaign performance across LocaliQ publisher networks, troubleshoot performance issues, and drive campaign ROI while leveraging client relationships to assist the sales team in account growth. Additionally, the role involves managing client expectations, communication, and performance metrics, while incorporating evolving technologies and processes into the client solution delivery process.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with client representatives and marketing staffs through routine and scheduled interactions
  • Develop & advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations, assessing feasibility and identifying marketing and advertising opportunities for our clients
  • Monitor, evaluate, and leverage standard processes to manage SEM/display campaign performance across LocaliQ publisher networks to determine improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot performance issues using digital advertising best practices while creating new, innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients
  • Drive campaign ROI and leverage client relationships to assist the sales team in growing accounts
  • Manage client expectations, communication and performance metrics
  • Incorporate constantly evolving technologies and processes into the client solution delivery process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or English
  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns
  • 3+ years of client service/account management experience
  • Strong proficiency in customer relationship management
  • Expertise in online search and display advertising techniques
  • Familiarity with LocaliQ proprietary technologies

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with digital marketing publishing systems & processes
  • Strong technical skills to establish, assess, modify/adjust, and routinely improve marketing campaigns over their lifecycle
  • Ability to quickly master business process, marketing and technology concepts
