About the position

LocaliQ is seeking a Client Success Manager to spearhead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies tailored for our clients. This pivotal role involves formulating effective strategies and implementation plans while overseeing the ongoing management of clients' digital marketing initiatives. The Client Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to leverage both current and emerging marketing solutions to fulfill their business objectives. In this role, the Client Success Manager will possess a deep understanding of existing and emerging business marketing solutions, collaborating closely with our sales consultants to identify opportunities and deliver marketing solutions that align with our clients' needs, ultimately maximizing their return on investment in advertising. The position requires strong proficiency in customer relationship management, online search and display advertising techniques, as well as familiarity with LocaliQ's proprietary technologies. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day campaign performance, analyzing digital campaign trends, facilitating discussions on advertising performance with clients, and identifying innovative advertising techniques to enhance our clients' digital marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include building rapport with client representatives and marketing teams through regular interactions, advising on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations, and assessing the feasibility of various marketing and advertising opportunities. The Client Success Manager will also monitor and evaluate campaign performance across LocaliQ's publisher networks, troubleshoot performance issues using best practices in digital advertising, and drive campaign ROI while leveraging client relationships to support the sales team in account growth. Additionally, the role requires the incorporation of evolving technologies and processes into the client solution delivery process, ensuring that our clients receive the most effective and innovative marketing strategies available.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with client representatives and marketing staffs through routine and scheduled interactions.
  • Develop and advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations, assessing feasibility, and identifying marketing and advertising opportunities for our clients.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and leverage standard processes to manage SEM/display campaign performance across LocaliQ publisher networks to determine improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues using digital advertising best practices while creating new, innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients.
  • Drive campaign ROI and leverage client relationships to assist the sales team in growing accounts.
  • Manage client expectations, communication, and performance metrics.
  • Incorporate constantly evolving technologies and processes into the client solution delivery process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or English.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns.
  • 3+ years of client service/account management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong technical skills to establish, assess, modify/adjust, and routinely improve marketing campaigns over their lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated expertise with digital marketing publishing systems & processes.
