About the position

The Client Success Manager - Storm and Property Damage role at the Law Office of Cristobal Galindo is designed for a tech-savvy professional who will enhance client engagement and manage property damage claims effectively. This position focuses on utilizing innovative legal technology to streamline case management and ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive digital intake assessments for new clients with storm and property damage claims using our technology platform.
  • Take a leading role in managing technology-enhanced legal cases, focusing on property damage claims arising from natural disasters and other catastrophic events.
  • Accurately gather, digitize, and manage all case documents, ensuring they are securely stored and easily accessible through our document management software.
  • Handle client communications with empathy and professionalism, leveraging advanced tools to deliver exceptional service.
  • Review, manage, and follow up on contracts and other legal documents pertinent to storm and property damage claims.

Requirements

  • A legal background with experience in paralegal or legal administrative roles, specifically dealing with storm and property damage claims.
  • Thorough knowledge of the legal aspects of property damage and the ability to manage complex property claims.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail, crucial for handling extensive property damage documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey intricate legal concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
  • Proficient in the use of legal tech tools and software, ideally with experience in the property damage sector.
  • Demonstrated competence in legal research, document drafting, and precise data entry.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information and the ability to see cases through to completion, maintaining transparency with both attorneys and clients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with legal technology solutions like Salesforce, NetDocuments, iManage, especially as applied to property damage claims.
  • Multilingual abilities, with Spanish fluency considered a significant asset.
