About the position

Accelerated Digital Media is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a self-funded, employee-owned digital marketing agency, we focus on performance media management across paid search and paid social channels. The Client Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of ADM's services. This position requires a deep understanding of digital media, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. In this role, the Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic plans that align with client goals, and conducting regular performance reviews to provide actionable insights. The position involves internal coordination with various teams to deliver comprehensive media strategies and campaigns, as well as monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to recommend optimizations. The Client Success Manager will also facilitate the onboarding of new clients, handle inquiries and issues, and collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ADM services. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and performance metrics in CRM systems is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in client success management or account management within a performance media agency. A proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role. The ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, along with strong organizational and time-management skills, will be critical in ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them, ensuring alignment with ADM's capabilities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to client and internal teams.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive media strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
  • Handle client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ADM services.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and performance metrics in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client success management, account management, or related roles in a performance media agency.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
