About the position

The Client Success Manager at Morgan Stanley is responsible for delivering exceptional customer success and support to senior-level decision makers at Private Market client companies. This role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams. The position is part of the Corporate and Institutional Solutions division, which aims to enhance the corporate employee experience and deepen client relationships through innovative digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Providing world-class customer success, solutions, and support to clients, including senior-level decision makers.
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat functionality.
  • Demonstrating exceptional prioritization and time management skills to maintain and enhance long-term client relationships.
  • Proactively identifying potential issues and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Tracking and managing open issues identified by customers, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring client documentation is current, complete, and consistent with all processes.
  • Processing timely and accurate data updates and management per client instructions.
  • Identifying errors and potential issues, working collaboratively to find timely solutions.
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge and expertise in industry and Shareworks.
  • Testing fixes to issues and following up on troubleshooting efforts.
  • Building and deepening understanding of financial and administrative reporting related to equity compensation plan management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into layman's terms for various audiences.
  • Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
