About the position

Driving our clients' success and happiness by helping them meet their business goals is at the heart of the Client Success Manager role. We do this by understanding and facilitating a client's needs in the digital and traditional marketing space. You will lead their ongoing marketing strategy to ensure that their marketing campaigns hit the ground running. Wonderist Agency is a full-service marketing agency that supports almost 1000 dentists around the country. We pride ourselves on ditching the old fashioned marketing model of stock photos and templated sites. We strive to tell our clients' stories with bespoke brands, impactful photo and video shoots, and stunning website design. We also provide ongoing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Funnels to help our practices get butts in seats. We need a skilled Client Success Manager with the flexibility to turn on your heels when priorities change, the thoughtfulness to do what's in the best interest of the team, and the desire to always produce your best work. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication between them and the agency team.
  • Lead marketing strategy calls with clients and engage with them on a regular basis.
  • Field client questions or requests, troubleshooting issues and escalating them when necessary to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting emails and phone calls, translating marketing metrics and performance KPIs for clients.
  • Identify opportunities and goals for clients and match those with the best strategies to meet their needs.
  • Drive upsells and expansion opportunities by understanding client goals and proactively sharing relevant services.
  • Ensure all work is branded appropriately, accurate, and of high quality, guiding feedback on various marketing materials.
  • Set, track, and meet senior client success-specific KPIs for the department and individual team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing or agency experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to drive client success.
  • Expertise in content management systems, particularly WordPress.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Client success experience in an agency setting.
  • Digital marketing experience including SEO and social media management.
  • Knowledge of the dental industry or dental services.
