About the position

Guidepoint is seeking an entrepreneurial and outgoing individual to play a vital role in the success of our Insights expert call and transcript library product for our corporate client base. As the primary liaison for our clients, you will be instrumental in driving engagement and revenue growth within the rapidly expanding Insights product line. This highly visible position will involve working closely with the Insights group heads to develop strategic plans for enhancing client engagement and retention. You will leverage your exceptional CRM skills and keen attention to detail to collaborate cross-functionally, maximizing the usage of our offerings among current clients and trial accounts. This is a hybrid role located in New York City, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for the Insights product with corporate healthcare clients, fostering three-dimensional relationships with key stakeholders. You will develop personalized engagement plans for each client based on their company pipeline, effectively marketing Insights content. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and driving client engagement through direct outreach efforts, which may involve direct emails, product demonstrations, and both virtual and onsite meetings. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely renewals and drive upsell opportunities, while acquiring valuable feedback and insights from clients to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary advocate for the Insights product with corporate healthcare clients.
  • Develop personalized engagement plans for each client based on company pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
  • 3+ years of professional work experience, focusing on B2B product sales for corporate clients.
  • Understanding of healthcare terminology and ability to engage with senior business leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear messages.
  • Experience working with or using expert networks is a plus.
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a team-first collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
