About the position

As a Client Success Manager at Mail Shark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing day-to-day project management and support. You will work closely with various internal departments and external customers to coordinate marketing campaigns that drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include acting as a project liaison between our internal layout designers and clients, ensuring that the marketing materials produced meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations. You will gather, analyze, and organize client-specific requests to prepare detailed campaign information, while also offering expert suggestions to enhance marketing messages based on industry insights and target demographics. In this role, you will facilitate additional sales opportunities related to clients' marketing needs, ensuring that all client updates and data entries are accurately documented in our internal systems for future reference. Your commitment to maintaining strong communication with clients will be crucial, as you will engage with them through various channels including phone, email, and virtual meetings. You will be expected to adhere to company and client standards and timelines, providing high-quality customer service and addressing any client questions or concerns in a professional manner. The position requires a collaborative mindset, as you will be part of a team while also working independently towards your personal business goals. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be responsible for proofreading materials to ensure they are error-free. You will need to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality in your work. This role may also involve performing other duties as needed to support the team and the clients effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a project liaison between internal layout designers and clients to create quality marketing material that impacts client business growth.
  • Prepare specific campaign details by gathering, analyzing, and organizing client-specific requests for marketing material.
  • Communicate expert suggestions to enhance marketing messages based on client industry and demographics.
  • Facilitate additional add-on sales related to clients' marketing campaign needs.
  • Perform client/contract updates and data entry for documentation and future reference.
  • Maintain continuous accurate client communication via internet, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Commit to finalizing marketing campaigns while adhering to company and client standards and timelines.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, handling client questions and concerns professionally.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment while independently pursuing personal business goals.
  • Ensure attention to detail while proofreading and communicating to guarantee error-free material.
  • Execute and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work setting.
  • Perform in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict daily and weekly deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Mail Shark Site, Slight InDesign, CS Suite, and internet software.
