About the position

The Client Success Manager at Gartner plays a pivotal role in ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investment in Gartner services. The Client Success Manager is tasked with onboarding new clients, demonstrating the value of Gartner's offerings, and fostering ongoing engagement with the products and services that are essential for large client teams. In this role, the manager will build and nurture relationships with a diverse range of clients, from senior executives to junior professionals across various business functions. The goal is to ensure that clients are not only satisfied but also successful in utilizing their Gartner subscriptions. This involves facilitating client calls, understanding their priorities, and recommending tailored actions that drive high value and return on investment. The Client Success Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to overcome challenges and maximize the value delivered to clients, conducting regular reviews of client performance and engagement metrics to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction. The position requires a proactive approach to client management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support. The Client Success Manager will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth and retention, ensuring that clients see Gartner as a trusted partner in their business endeavors.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professions across various business functions.
  • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
  • Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return of investment on their Gartner membership.
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client book of business looking into performance and key client engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
