Financial Finesse is seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of tailored financial wellness programs for both new and existing clients. This role is pivotal in enhancing awareness of our financial wellness offerings within client organizations, collaborating closely with Human Resources partners to engage employees effectively. The ideal candidate will not only execute and adapt strategies but also proactively identify opportunities for program expansion, embodying a mission-driven approach to client success. The Client Success Manager will work remotely, with occasional meetings at our headquarters in El Segundo, CA, and will need to align with Pacific Time for internal meetings. The Client Success Manager will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and ensuring optimal value from our financial wellness benefits. Responsibilities include promoting client program success, analyzing usage data, designing engaging educational content, and ensuring operational excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Service the program's ongoing operational needs to ensure excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience managing relationships across large organizations, with a track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of financial wellness concepts, with experience in writing content preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and ensure delivery of all phases of a project lifecycle.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities to expand client relationships and navigate internal teams to deliver results.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing strategies to engage end users effectively.
