About the position

In this role, the Client Success Manager will engage directly with key customer opportunities and existing accounts, working closely with sales partners to craft customer-specific pitches and solutions. This involves a deep understanding of customer needs and account patterns, allowing the manager to identify growth and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, leveraging strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both internal teams and external clients. As a remote position, the Client Success Manager may have limited travel requirements, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining a strong connection with clients and stakeholders. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it essential for the manager to be adept at prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support key go-to-market collateral and strategies for the Auto underwriting suite of products.
  • Create customer-specific pitches, solution engineering, and pricing in collaboration with sales partners.
  • Identify key growth and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base by understanding business needs and account patterns.
  • Engage with key customer opportunities and existing accounts alongside sales partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous B2B and/or Insurance industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a broad range of internal teams and external clients.
  • Skilled in providing creative and strategic problem-solving solutions to key business needs.
  • Strong relationship, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
