About the position

Rezolut is seeking a high-energy, organized, and dynamic Client Success Manager to join our mobile imaging team and provide essential post-sales support. This role is pivotal in engaging and qualifying clients who can benefit from our comprehensive range of diagnostic medical imaging services. As one of the first touchpoints for new clients, the Client Success Manager will play a crucial role in setting the tone for the service scheduling cycle, which is vital for boosting revenue growth through effective customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process and will excel in researching leads, forming new relationships, and ensuring the Business Development Manager is set up for success. In this position, you will represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and the specific needs of our customers. You will be responsible for identifying best practices to refine the company's lead generation efforts, generating new leads, and nurturing these accounts through exceptional interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and diligent follow-up. Utilizing various sales tools such as CRM systems, cold calling, email communication, and mailings, you will generate new opportunities and manage both new leads and existing pipeline business through effective engagement and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the Rezolut CRM. Close collaboration with the Business Development Manager will be essential, as you will gain knowledge on their specific accounts and leads, managing follow-up with both new and current clients. Scheduling meetings and calls between prospective clients and the Business Development Manager will be a key responsibility when leads reach a qualified stage. This role is integral to our mission of providing top-notch patient care through innovative technology and high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities

  • Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of our services and the customer's needs
  • Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation
  • Generate new leads and build relationships by nurturing these accounts through exceptional interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and follow-up
  • Utilize CRM, cold calling, email communication, mailings, and other sales tools to generate new opportunities
  • Manage and maintain new leads as well as existing pipeline business through engagement and marketing
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the Rezolut CRM
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to gain knowledge on their specific accounts and leads, managing follow-up with new and current clients
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospective clients and the Business Development Manager when the lead reaches a qualified stage

Requirements
