Crossover Health is seeking a Client Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client and member experience while driving revenue growth. This position is integral to the Account Management team, focusing on data-driven strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. The Client Success Manager will collaborate closely with the Associate Principal to utilize Account Management systems and dashboards, proactively identifying opportunities that align with team revenue goals. In this role, the Client Success Manager will be responsible for developing and executing plans that enhance member engagement, particularly in partnership with VitellaCare. This includes conducting client discovery sessions to set expectations around engagement activities and leading marketing initiatives in collaboration with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota to support VitellaCare Health Centers. The manager will also work directly with clients to organize onsite events aimed at increasing engagement and will design experiences that drive account registrations. The position requires a proactive approach to client interactions, with a cadence of scheduled meetings to ensure ongoing support and communication. The Client Success Manager will leverage internal data sources to create client-facing materials and will work cross-functionally with various teams to address urgent client requests. Additionally, the role involves managing internal projects and revenue reporting, contributing to the overall success of the Account Management team.
