About the position

Crossover Health is seeking a Client Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client and member experience while driving revenue growth. This position is integral to the Account Management team, focusing on data-driven strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. The Client Success Manager will collaborate closely with the Associate Principal to utilize Account Management systems and dashboards, proactively identifying opportunities that align with team revenue goals. In this role, the Client Success Manager will be responsible for developing and executing plans that enhance member engagement, particularly in partnership with VitellaCare. This includes conducting client discovery sessions to set expectations around engagement activities and leading marketing initiatives in collaboration with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota to support VitellaCare Health Centers. The manager will also work directly with clients to organize onsite events aimed at increasing engagement and will design experiences that drive account registrations. The position requires a proactive approach to client interactions, with a cadence of scheduled meetings to ensure ongoing support and communication. The Client Success Manager will leverage internal data sources to create client-facing materials and will work cross-functionally with various teams to address urgent client requests. Additionally, the role involves managing internal projects and revenue reporting, contributing to the overall success of the Account Management team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Associate Principal to leverage Account Management systems and dashboards to proactively identify opportunities to impact team revenue goals
  • Develop and execute against path to achieving/exceeding revenue targets as related to member engagement in partnership with VitellaCare
  • Complete client discovery and expectation setting around engagement activities
  • Lead marketing initiatives in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota in support of VitellaCare Health Centers
  • Partner with client to develop and execute onsite events to increase engagement
  • Partner with Blue Cross Blue Shield North Dakota to design events and experiences that drive account registrations
  • Support VitellaCare with new account implementation
  • Manage a cadence of proactively scheduled client interactions
  • Leverage internal data sources to draft client facing materials
  • Work cross functionally to respond to urgent client requests
  • Submit internal team requests and track to completion (ex: Data, Science and Analytics, Tech, Marketing)
  • Provide support across the Account Management team to manage internal projects and revenue reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client success, marketing and member experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Must be located in North Dakota
