About the position

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of one of the country's most innovative healthcare technology companies. Due to growth, they are seeking a Client Success Manager to join their team. This organization brings over 30 years of expertise in healthcare technology, earning them awards for their innovation, customer service, and leadership. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring healthcare clients achieve their desired outcomes with products and services. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive adoption and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge from the healthcare space and have a proven track record in client success.

Responsibilities

  • Define and track short- and long-term goals in partnership with customers
  • Conduct quarterly or semi-annual business reviews based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve product offerings based on client feedback
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Generate and analyze reports to track client success metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Leverage NPS feedback and follow-up/action plan to improve sentiment

Requirements

  • BA or higher level of education required
  • 2+ years of client or customer success experience
  • Healthcare industry experience required
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Gainsight preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management
