The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key individuals and accounts to promote commercial business, with three main components: Increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand, promote the services of Paul Davis, and build industry relationships. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, as well as maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days, and opportunities for advancement. The Client Success Manager will establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings/facilities, engage in cold calling prospective businesses through emails, phone calls, and in-person introductions, and conduct B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services to support their facilities. This position requires scheduling in-person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts, maintaining and growing current commercial business relationships, and submitting and maintaining a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled. The role also involves planning, developing, and establishing sales policies, principles, and procedures, as well as maintaining a commercial client contact log and pipeline. Additionally, the Client Success Manager will investigate market conditions to determine the time, place, and type of sale, coordinate, attend, and promote all company events related to marketing, such as CE classes, commercial seminars, lunch and learn seminars for insurance professionals, trade shows, and community events. The role includes assisting coordinators with before and after pictures of losses for big projects, tracking all sales data in the main operating system, RMS, generating weekly lead counts, job counts, and individual sales estimates, and creating monthly sales data for individuals, departments, and divisions. The position also requires maintaining the company's CRM and working with PDRI Regional Marketing Managers to promote and market the local office, conducting market research, and assisting with lead generation.
