About the position

LocaliQ is seeking a Digital Marketing Client Success Manager for Executive Accounts to spearhead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies tailored for our largest clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients achieve their business goals through effective digital marketing initiatives. The Client Success Manager (CSM) will collaborate closely with both sales and post-sales teams to create and implement strategies that align with client objectives. The CSM will take charge of managing our clients' digital marketing plans, which includes hands-on oversight of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and working alongside a specialized post-sales team to execute various digital marketing tactics. The Executive Accounts CSM will act as the primary lead for digital marketing execution, owning the results of campaigns and ensuring that they meet the established business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions, particularly in PPC, social media, and digital display platforms. The CSM will work in tandem with sales and post-sales teams to deliver results that maximize clients' return on investment (ROI). A successful candidate will be a passionate digital marketer who is client-focused and adept at narrating the customer journey in relation to our clients' businesses and their marketing campaigns. In this role, the CSM will manage the day-to-day digital marketing presence, particularly in paid advertising, ensuring a consistent marketing message across various channels including paid search, organic presence, display, and social media. The CSM will facilitate communication among stakeholders through regular meetings and internal chats, build strong relationships with both internal teams and external client representatives, and optimize campaigns to achieve the lowest possible marketing costs for clients. Additionally, the CSM will develop marketing strategies based on client expectations and identify opportunities for advertising that align with their goals. This position also requires flexibility for weekend coverage and support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing presence, specifically paid advertising (paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising)
  • Ensure a highly consistent marketing message across paid search, organic presence, display, and social media marketing channels
  • Facilitate cross-channel communication by holding weekly and monthly internal meetings and creating internal chats for all stakeholders
  • Build rapport with internal and external client representatives
  • Optimize campaigns towards the lowest possible cost of marketing for our clients
  • Develop and advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations, cost of marketing goals, assessing feasibility and identifying marketing and advertising opportunities for our clients
  • Manage client expectations, communication, and metrics
  • Incorporate constantly evolving technologies and processes into the client solution delivery process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in general business, economics, finance, marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism, or English
  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns
  • 3+ years of client service/account management experience
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics Certified
