About the position

The Client Success Manager at eGourmet Solutions, Inc. is responsible for leading the Client Success Department, ensuring client satisfaction and success. This role involves mentoring the Client Services team, coordinating internal projects, and acting as a liaison between internal departments and external facilities to drive business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop the Client Services team.
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly provide reports and insights on client satisfaction, retention rates, and other key metrics to the leadership team.
  • Monitor the system closely to ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Process orders and troubleshoot order issues.
  • Oversee that client inquiries are responded to accurately and on time.
  • Ensure that other team members are responding timely to their inquiries.
  • Review and process client claims timely.
  • Assist with other tasks, as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams required.
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically and solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS suite - intermediate Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional and articulate, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Ability to motivate, organize, and train team members.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a rapid-paced environment.
