About the position

As a Client Success Manager at TimbukTech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and client relations, and who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their unique needs and challenges, and for providing tailored solutions that help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve not only managing client communications but also actively participating in the development and implementation of technology replacement plans that align with their business objectives. In this position, you will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and advocate within TimbukTech. You will need to be proactive in identifying issues and growth opportunities, ensuring that our clients are not only satisfied but also positioned for future success. This will require you to attend local community events and Chamber of Commerce meetings to foster relationships and represent TimbukTech in the community. Collaboration with your team will be essential as you work together to develop best practices and maintain effective communication with clients. Responsibilities

  • Be the ‘voice' of TimbukTech within the client's organization.
  • Get to know each client and identify issues and/or growth opportunities.
  • Work with clients to build and implement technology replacement plans.
  • Present solutions to clients to help them reach their goals.
  • Attend local community and Chamber of Commerce events.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop best practices and ensure effective communication with clients.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to change tasks rapidly in a service-oriented environment.
  • Ability to stay organized and follow through to completion with a high level of accuracy.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new applications and skills.
  • A proactive approach to challenging the status quo and implementing new ideas.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2-5+ years of experience in Account Management.
  • Experience with CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for tracking client communications.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
