The Client Success Manager at Bin to Bottle LLC is a full-time, salaried, exempt position that plays a crucial role in managing client projects, material procurement, warehousing logistics, and client communications within a growing, large-scale wine, spirits, and drinks company. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, as it involves overseeing a range of client beverage production and packaging projects. The Client Success Manager will collaborate closely with clients to facilitate material procurement and associated logistics, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. In this role, the Client Success Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining record-keeping systems for production projects, collaborating with the production team to facilitate the scheduling of client packaging activities, and handling new business inquiries from potential bottling and canning clients. This includes initial outreach about project scope and services, executing contracts, and onboarding new clients. The position also involves overseeing warehouse logistics, which includes the receipt, handling, and short-term storage of bottling and canning materials. Additionally, the Client Success Manager will assist with client communications concerning routine compliance topics in conjunction with business compliance partners, manage project estimates as needed, and oversee the bulk wine sales program. This includes responding to requests for samples from brokers and clients, negotiating with buyers and sellers on pricing, drafting sales memos, and coordinating with production and accounting on the movement and invoicing of bulk wine. The role requires active management of client projects and information to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered, as well as participation in special projects as needed. Promoting teamwork and supporting a healthy, professional environment for all winery personnel is also a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with clients to facilitate material procurement and associated logistics

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of wine industry experience in a combination of procurement, client service, logistics or related roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain a large amount of client specific information and access quickly to coordinate projects, document transactions, and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Clear communicator, in writing and verbally, with multiple audiences (internal and external)
  • Solid organization skills required in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Computer skills including all Microsoft office programs
  • Medium-advanced excel skills required
  • Vintrace skill a plus
