About the position

PeopleShare is currently hiring for a Client Success Manager in Dayton, NJ! The Client Success Manager needs to have experience in a 3PL setting, and their main focus will be on building long-term relationships with clients to create a positive customer experience. This role is essential in ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support, which is critical for maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of each client and aligning the services provided to meet those needs effectively. In this position, the Client Success Manager will own the client experience of Key Accounts, acting as a growth partner and an effective problem-solving resource to support the clients' long-term goals. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all clients' inquiries and needs, ensuring that communication is clear and effective. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, communicating with internal teams to resolve any issues, and ensuring the successful implementation of new activities and projects. Additionally, the Client Success Manager will maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals. They will assess customers' goals and recommend appropriate services as needed, ensuring that each client is getting the ideal suite of services for their unique needs. This position requires a proactive approach to client management and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Requirements
