About the position

The Client Support Associate role at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) focuses on providing exceptional support to the Employee Health & Benefits team. This position involves coordinating client service requests, ensuring prompt responses, and maintaining a customer service-oriented approach. The associate will work under the guidance of a Client Manager or Consultant, engaging in problem-solving and consultation while handling confidential information. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a flexible schedule to accommodate extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate information for client service requests and provide it to the client team for prompt responses.
  • Engage in communication with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
  • Maintain a customer service-oriented approach in all interactions.
  • Problem-solve and provide advice and interpretation of policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors while ensuring confidentiality of information.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

  • Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Prior experience within the insurance industry.
